THE 2025 AWARD

The nominees for the "My affectionate and necessary animal" award are animals that have committed important and worthy deeds that caused a wide public response in the media and the Internet over the past year, determined by the organizing committee during the monitoring of applications received.

The nominees in the special nomination "Responsible for those ..." are the people who have distinguished themselves most in the protection of wildlife.

Any citizen of Russia and another country can declare a participant by sending an application in any form by January 15, 2026, as well as a link to the publication.

In the media nomination, journalists and bloggers who write about problems of interaction with the outside world can apply for the award.

Those wishing to participate in the journalistic nomination should familiarize themselves with the REGULATIONS of the COMPETITION FOR THE MEDIA. APPLICATIONS ARE ACCEPTED BY E-MAIL

GOALS AND OBJECTIVES OF THE AWARD

To pay tribute to the heroes from among our lesser brothers who have committed acts worthy of respect or raised important topical issues in our society.

In the special nomination "Responsible for those ...", eco-defenders (public figures, organizations or just citizens) who have distinguished themselves most in the protection of wildlife are noted.

They don't know how to betray.

They don't know what cowardice and meanness are.

Their actions are admired.

And exploits make us remember,

That we are people!

And we are responsible for those who have been tamed!
