Argentine rescuers gave a second life to a cat that spent more than a week under the rubble

The headlines in the media that flew around almost the whole world on November 7 – in one of the provinces of Buenos Aires, a live cat was found under the rubble of a high-rise hotel, although the tragedy with the collapse of the building occurred at the end of October.

A ten-storey hotel collapsed in the resort town of Villa Hesel on October 29, with seven to nine people left under the rubble. These are the builders who worked at the facility, including installing elevators. According to local authorities, they worked without a special municipal permit. 

As a result, the building almost completely collapsed and killed people under it, only one woman managed to escape. 

According to AIF - Moscow, almost eight days after the tragedy, a miracle happened.

Rescuers found а cat under the rubble of a ten-story hotel.  According to the footage, the cat was pulled from the wreckage by several people.

The rescuers wrapped her in a blanket and shook hands. After that, the animal was examined by veterinarians. It is also reported that the cat was watered and fed. According to journalists, the owner of the cat died. The pet belonged to the nephew of the deceased hostess of the hotel
