A rescue dog named "Juna" from Azerbaijan as part of a search and rescue team helped rescue three people after a devastating earthquake that occurred in winter in Turkey.

867 rescuers and medics arrived in Turkey from Azerbaijan, rescuers managed to rescue 53 people from the rubble. Together with rescuers dog handlers with 8 dogs were sent to Turkey, thanks to whose help they were able to identify the location of 15 people, as well as extract 27 bodies from the rubble.
Six-year-old Cocker spaniel Juna helped save three people. "In Kahramanmarash, thanks to Juna, we saved three people. The relatives of the rescued did not know how to thank the animal. She was nicknamed Juna the hero" dog handler Ehtiram Baloglanov told Anadolu agency.
