At midnight Kaliningrad time, the counting of votes is stopped, the first round is completed. At 9.30 a.m., the final stage of the "Popular Vote" starts.
Dear friends, the first three weeks of online voting for the characters of the seventh season have passed. The Organizing Committee would like to thank you for your utmost correctness in the difficult electoral process, during which our experts did not reveal any abuses.
First of all, we would like to address those of our applicants who did not qualify for the second round. Don't get upset and don't worry!
Firstly, the jury of the Award, whose decision we will announce on February 26, has not yet had its say. And secondly, we have no doubt that each of you does your good deeds not for the sake of prizes and awards, but simply because it can't be otherwise.
During the first tour, complete strangers found out about you, not only in our country, but also abroad, and for sure your actions probably inspired someone to do something human and important - this is already a huge success and victory. Once again, thank you for that!
And now to the statistics and the results of the first round. In three weeks, our wonderful heroes have collected more than 105 thousand votes. This season, we decided to go on an experiment and place the top five favourites in the places they occupied at the end of the first stage. Of course, without disclosing the fixed level of their support. As before, the full protocol of the "Popular Vote" will be published on March 2 at the end of the online elections.
In the "Our Brothers" nomination, where in three weeks the remarkable contenders received a total of 43,746 votes of support, the situation has hardly changed compared to the previous week, although the leaders within the top five periodically changed places.

But in the "Responsible for those" nomination, where the candidates received 69,916 votes of support, there have been changes that cannot be called unexpected. We wrote that eight candidates quite reasonably applied for reaching the finals at once. And if the supporters of one of the nominees (who had not previously been in the lead) became more active at the finish, the support groups of the other candidates slowed down somewhat. As a result, the final pool looks like this.

Without revealing the statistics of the first round, we can only note that nothing has been decided in both nominations yet. The final places among the leaders of the "Popular Vote" will be determined only by your support in the next two weeks. So, it's up to you!
As noted above, the second round of the Internet elections will start on February 16 at 9.30 a.m. Kaliningrad time and, accordingly, will finish in two weeks - on March 2.
